The list was announced at last week’s Real Estate Connect conference in New York City, where Flanagan appeared as a featured speaker. “It was a pleasant surprised when Inman News made the announcement,” explains Flanagan. “I was truly humbled and honored.”
Over the past seven years, Flanagan has helped to keep RPL on the cutting edge of the real estate industry. Among his most notable contributions are moving the company to the cloud, establishing Rhode Island real estate’s first in-house video department, developing an iPad listing presentation for agents, creating a mobile-friendly website, and being an early adopter of social media and blogging. In addition to his role with Residential Properties, Flanagan is also a regular contributor to Inman News, writing a syndicated technology column discussing best practices and trends regarding website design, mobile applications, and online services which can be utilized by the real estate industry.
