ResidentialProperties.com Earns National Honors

WASHINGTON, D.C. – August 24, 2015 – (RealEstateRama) — The Residential Properties Ltd. website (ResidentialProperties.com) has been honored as one of the best real estate sites in the country, earning spots in several categories of the Real Trends 2015 Real Estate Website Rankings.

The rankings were compiled by analyzing the websites of 750 of the nation’s top real estate brokerages. After five technology experts narrowed the entries to a list of the top 25, a panel comprised of 70 real estate chief technology and marketing officers from across the United States voted on the best websites over eight different categories.

With the new redesign officially launched in May of this year, ResidentialProperties.com earned recognition in four separate categories, including “Best Neighborhood Pages,” “Best Property Details,” “Best Video Strategy,” and “Best Map Search.”

The site’s modern design features big, bold photography and was created with special attention to the user experience, providing visitors with an improved navigation and easy-to-use tools. The property details pages prominently display vital listing information, while also presenting a large slideshow of full-size MLS photos. The neighborhood pages and map search offer valuable community information, while the video page showcases over 500 property tours in addition to an assortment of company, community, and industry videos. The site is also fully responsive, ensuring quality performance across multiple platforms, including smartphones and tablets.

Residential Properties Ltd. has always been on the cutting edge of website design, first launching its site in 1996 when the internet was still in its infancy. Today, the company continues to stay at the forefront of technology in order to help simplify the process of sharing information with clients.
