East Greenwich, RI – November 1, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — Rhode Island Housing has recognized Meredith Milner with the Realtor of the Quarter Award for her efforts on behalf of Rhode Island homebuyers. This is the first time Milner, a resident of North Kingstown who grew up in Warwick, has been saluted for connecting homebuyers with the Rhode Island Housing Loan Center. The award recognizes Realtors who provide the most first-time homebuyers with our safe, affordable FirstHomes mortgages.
“We rely on real estate professionals to help homebuyers navigate the complicated process of buying a home and are pleased to be honoring Meredith Milner for her efforts,” said Peter Walsh, Director of Homeownership and Customer Service for Rhode Island Housing. “We value realtors as our partners in helping homebuyers along their path to homeownership.”
“I am pleased that Rhode Island Housing has selected me as Realtor of the Quarter. I work closely with Loan Center staff and appreciate the commitment Rhode Island Housing continues to make to serve homebuyers, homeowners and the entire real estate industry,” Milner said. “Rhode Island Housing’s flexible loan options allow me to help my clients get to the closing faster and recognize their dream of homeownership.”
Rhode Island Housing understands that one of the most significant investments a person will ever make is in their home. The Loan Center specializes in providing mortgages and key services to help homebuyers take this important step.
Milner, a Rhode Island native who has been a member of the award winning Gammons team at Prudential Gammons Realty for 11 years, added: “There are many skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional – integrity, knowledge of the community, market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills, and a high quality professional, reliable team. All are key elements necessary to be an excellent real estate professional. I am happy to share this award with the Loan Center at Rhode Island Housing, as well as with the homebuyers who have benefited from the opportunities Rhode Island Housing has provided.”
Other recent Realtor of the Quarter recipients include: Laura Dauphinais of Century21 Gonsalves-Pastore Realty, 4th quarter 2012 and Nelson Esteves of RE/MAX Professionals in East Greenwich, 1st quarter 2013.
