Langevin, Butterfield and Quigley Amendment Increases Accessibility in Public Transit

The U.S. House adopted by voice vote today an amendment to the FY16 Transportation, Housing and Urban Development and Related Agencies Appropriations bill that was introduced by Congressmen Jim Langevin (D-RI), G.
